Waynetown April 24 - Mrs. Ella Gray, 69 years old, a former resident of Veedersburg died  yesterday morning at her home in Danville.  Her death was due to complication of diseases after an extended illness. Decased was born near Waynetown, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Fouts. Her sister, Mrs. Charles Smith, died one week ago yesterday. She was buried here. Mrs. Gray was the widow of the late James Gray, formerly a druggist at Veedersburg. The Grays lived near Veedersburg for several years and then moved to Danville.

Mrs. Gray is survived by two children, Walter Gray and Nellie Gray, both at home; two brothers, Joseph Fouts of Waynetown and John Fouts of Idaho.  Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 1 o'clock from the Waynetown Baptist Church in charge of Rev. Zimmerman. Interment will be made at the Waynetown cemetery. - kbz
